When I am in the mood for a fun makeup look I love to play with colors. So I tried out the trendy two toned eyeliner look. Its fun and completely wearable!
I used Urban Decays eyeliner in electric under my eye waterline. It is a stunning blue color. I used Urban Decay eyeshadow in flash on my top lids. These two colors are so vibrant and make a great combination.
